How does it work?
We will remove the existing roof including the Ice & Water shield and the underlayment
We will check for the integrity of the sheathing to ensure, there are no leaks, mold growth or any other damages.
If we detect any further damages, we will notify you immediately and we will repair
those damages.
We will install new underlayment and Ice & Water shield
Once the roof is waterproofed, we will install the top layer of the roof including all the necessary flashing around chimneys, vents and skylights.
We offer you a free inspection to take a closer look at the roof in different spots and
from different angles to determine what the best solution will be.
